Beef Fried Rice (Single)
Beef slice, carrot, green peas, onion, rice, and soy sauce.
Insane appetite deserves ravishing courses. Whisk scallions, minced garlic & ginger, soy sauce, water, sugar, and cornstarch. Gently coat beef. Cover and refrigerate. Whip water, sugar, and soy sauce to make the sauce. Warm the skillet over medium-high heat. Beat eggs and scramble. Heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add diced garlic & ginger and saute until golden brown. Add carrots and onion and saute until tender. Strain beef from marinade and cook & stir until the beef gets pulled apart with a fork. Stir in bean sprouts and then cook until translucent. Add corn and peas; stir until cooked. Create a pocket in the center of the skillet and slowly add rice. Add sauce and stir until rice is evenly coated. Add scrambled eggs, stir and let heat through.
