Chicken Manchurian w/ Rice

Boneless chicken in the shape of a meatball gravy curry cooked with onion, peppers, and sauce.

A Chinese experience at a Desi corner in the heart of NY. Beat egg and mix flour, cornflour into the egg until smooth. Season it with salt and pepper. Dip chicken into the batter until coated. Add enough vegetable oil and fry battered chicken until no longer pink. Put aside the cooked chicken to drain. Cook and stir ginger and garlic until lightly browned. Add cilantro and serrano peppers. Mix chicken stock, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, and testing salt into the garlic-ginger mixture. Cook and stir. Add green bell pepper. Whisk water and cornflour until smooth. Stir into sauce until incorporated. Bring sauce to a boil. Add chicken and stir to coat.
