Grind meat, chili flakes, ginger & garlic paste, lemon juice, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt to a smooth paste. Add onion paste, bread crumbs, and egg yolk. On a greased skewer, spread each portion creating a uniformly flattened shape all around. Grill the kebabs on a barbeque grill pan. Garnish with lemon or lime wedges and serve with delicious fresh cilantro or mint chutney, and naan.
