Chicken Tikka w/ Rice
Boneless chicken grilled in the tandoori tawa.
Put in the slashed chicken breast, yogurt, and tikka paste. Mix well, cover, and marinate in the fridge. Make the raita and season with black pepper, cover, and chili. Scatter the onion wedges on the oven tray in a wrap. Remove the chicken from the marinade. Place it on top of the onion wedges and cook. Serve the chicken with rice, roasted onions, raita, and remaining mint.
