Chilli Lamb w/ Rice
Boneless lamb cooked with peppers, onion, and oyster sauce.
Consistently very good and goes deeper into the cave than sustaining mere excellence. Add oil to the hot wok. Add half the lamb and stir-fry. Remove from the pan and cook the rest of the lamb. Mix all the lamb in the pan or wok and toss to combine. Stir through the chili, sesame oil, lime zest, and juice. Mix well and season. Serve with rice.
