Chinese Mixed Vegetables w/ Rice
Toss onion slices, ginger paste, garlic paste, and stir. Add boiled vegetables with sweet corn and stir. Introduce the shredded chicken. Add remaining stock, milk, soy sauce, pepper powder, tasting salt, and sugar. Cover and cook. Then add the cornflour mixture, mix well with vegetables and cook. Now get the fish sauce, lemon juice, ghee, and green chilies. Serve with rice.
