Chow Mein (Chicken/Vegetables) (Single)

The best Chinese menu is reimagined by an expert chef in NYC. Combine oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch. Cook noodles. Add a bit of oil to the heated pan and cook chicken until golden brown. Remove chicken. Add carrots, cabbage, and pressed garlic. Saute until veggies are slightly softened. Add chicken, followed by cooked noodles, and pour the sauce. Cook and distribute all that saucy goodness around evenly. Add chopped green onions. Serve hot!
