Fish Biryani (Tilapia Filet)
Tilapia fillet cooked with basmati rice, spices & herbs.
Fish cooked in yogurt and spices. Then layered with steamed rice. A delicious, easy, and quick dish! Stir fry the tilapia until the fat separates. Add the garam masala, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and yogurt. Cooked rice with oil, cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon, and cardamoms. Served the fish layer at the bottom of the dish, covered with the rice, and sprinkled with the saffron milk mixture.
