General Tso’s Shrimp w/ Rice
People come here for this most popular Chinese dish. Blend stock, soy sauce, vinegar, hoisin, chili paste, sesame oil, sugar, and cornstarch until smooth. Heat oil at high heat until smoking. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Presently add whole chilies and shrimp and combine. Add sauce and simmer. Stir until thickened. Serve hot with steamed rice.
