Grill half Chicken w/ Naan
Half chicken marinated with tandoori paste and hot spices, baked on the grill.
Cut the chicken in half. Loosen the skin to form a pocket. Mix spices including rosemary, pepper, etc. Rub half of the mixture under the chicken skin. Put the remaining half on the skin surface. Cook on a hot charcoal grill, flipping occasionally. Serve with naan.
