Grilled Salmon w/ Rice
Being an accomplished chef in his own right, Mr. Khalil taps into a secret grilling process originally developed by the natives. Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil until sugar dissolves. Put the fish in a plastic wrap with the soy sauce mixture. Seal it and turn to coat. Refrigerate. Lightly oil the grill grate and toss the salmon on the preheated grill, and discard marinade. Cook salmon until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with rice.
