Grilled Salmon w/ vegetables
Prepare grill. Cook potatoes until tender. Bring the onions and sliced fennel and cook until tender. Toss your preferred vegetables with oil. Place cooking spray-coated vegetables on grill rack until tender and lightly browned. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, fennel fronds, and parsley. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Put salmon on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill until fish easily flakes. Toss pea tendrils mixture over salmon. Immediately serve with grilled vegetables.
