Grilled Tandoori Chicken w/ Naan (2pcs)
Chicken marinated in mild spices, grilled on a skewer.
Moist tender tandoori chicken with warm bold spices, grilled and then wrapped in naan bread. With lavish yogurt, ginger, cumin, and coriander, this chicken tastes almost as good as if it were cooked in a tandoor oven. Incise the chicken pieces shallow. Put together the lemon juice, water, salt, and turmeric. Coat the chicken pieces in it. Let marinate. Add the yogurt, garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin, and cayenne to the chicken and lemon mixture. Turn to coat. Let marinate. Grill the chicken basting with oil until done. Serve with naan.
