Hakka Noodles (Shrimp/Mixed) (Single)
Thick Noodles cooked with sauce and soy sauce with vegetables and shrimp or mixed chicken shrimp and vegetables.
Plain food makes you feel good for the day. Marinate all ingredients. Rub salt in the prawns and stir-fry them in olive oil. Now, get ahead with the noodles. Heat olive oil and add onions to it, saute till pink. Add the veggies and saute. They should go crisp. Then add salt, pepper, and Chinese spice powder. Add the prawns and saute. Put in the sauce and mix with the vegetables. Add noodles and mix well. Serve.
