Marinate chopped mutton with all spices including ghee. Separately, stir-fry potatoes. Fry onion slices until brown. Half cook rice and drain. Marinate the mutton, add milk, and spread rice together with half-fried potato over the mutton. Spread fried onion, dried prune, raisin, etc. Cover and seal the pan with a lid. Maintain low flame for about an hour. The scent permeates everywhere and it’s time to open the lid. Serve it hot.
