Lamb Chop w/ Rice
Lamb chops ridiculously flare up your precious moments, especially if you are trying this smasher at Khalil’s. Bring chicken broth to a boil. Stir in rice. Then cover and simmer until rice absorbs all liquid. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, fennel, and salt. Place the lamb chops and pour a wet rub over them. Seal bag, cover chops in the marinade, and stir. Place lamb chops on a foil-covered baking sheet. Boil each side. Remove chops from the oven and set aside. Serve warm with rice.
