Lamb Chop w/ Rice
Combine the vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and olive oil until the salt dissolves. Toss the lamb to coat and marinate. Preheat the grill at medium-high. Remove lamb from the refrigerator and discard marinade. Wrap the bones with aluminum foil to prevent burning. Grill all sides. The chops may also be broiled in the oven. Serve it with rice.
