A pure traditional dish requiring no introduction with a delightful blend of spiced chicken, rice, and aromatic herbs. Cut the chicken into right-sized pieces. Add veggies, masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and half of the prepared ginger-garlic paste. Add rice with bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, green chilies, and star anise. Put at medium flame for the original taste to overtake. Serve hot with coriander leaves and squeezed lemon.
