Pastry Cream (Large)
Sweet yogurt freshly made in the house
Whisk the egg. Stir together sugar and cornstarch. Get them whipped into the egg until smooth. Drizzle the boiling milk into the bowl while mixing so that the eggs remain uncooked. Slowly bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat when thickens. Stir in the butter and vanilla and mix until they blend. Pour into a heat-proof container. Refrigerate until chills.
