Prawn Chilli Masala w/ Rice
This chili masala experience stands out with its tailored use of prawns. Add turmeric powder and give a quick stir on the pan. Add the fresh prawns and sauté. Keep aside. Add oil, cinnamon, cloves, and then fry. Now toss the chopped onions, slit green chilies, curry leaves and sauté. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, and sauté. Then add the chopped tomatoes and fry until coated. Get water and mix well. Cover and cook until the tomatoes go mushy. Add the cooked prawns and mix well and saute. Cover and cook until the gravy thickens. Now mix everything well and cook on high flame. Add pepper powder and mix. Serve it with steamed rice.
