Chicken, leg & Thai cooked with yogurt and onion paste served with Kalijira rice
A traditional dish needing no introduction and a delightful blend of spiced chicken, rice, and aromatic herbs. The chicken is cut into right-sized pieces. Added veggies, masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and half of the prepared ginger-garlic paste. Added rice with bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, green chilies, and star anise. Medium flame for the original taste to make an impact. Served hot with coriander leaves and squeezed lemon.
