Shrimp Bhuna with Rice
Jumbo shrimp cooked with masala, coconut milk.
A rich food to treat yourself and to bring back your vintage memories. The word Bhuna means 'to fry’. Heated the oil in a frying pan and fried the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, chili, and coriander stalks. Added the spices. Poured in the passata and the mango chutney. Mixed well and simmered on medium-low heat. Added the cooked king prawns and thoroughly warmed. Garnished with coriander leaves and seasoned with salt and pepper.
