The fish lovers are going all-in for a memorable dine-out. Aromatic Basmati rice dum cooked with prawns, spices, and herbs. Toeing the same line of chicken and mutton biryani, simply replacing the meat part. Fragrant rice goes well with fried onions, saffron, and milk. If not fresh, frozen prawns soaked in vinegar do better. Boiled rice with bay leaf, green cardamoms, salt, and shahi jeera. Slow steam the cooked shrimp on top of rice and other ingredients.
