Shrimp Broccoli w/ Rice
It’s one of the few fan-favorite places in NYC that serve unforgettable shrimp dishes to become a local hit. Combine broccoli, bell pepper, and water and microwave until crisp-tender. Heat oil over medium heat. Cook ginger and garlic stirring frequently. Add shrimp to pan; cook until done. Remove shrimp. Add oil in the pan over medium-high heat and add rice; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Combine broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Stir broth mixture into rice. Add shrimp mixture and broccoli mixture to pan; cook until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with almonds and onions.
