Shrimp Chilli Masala with Rice
Jumbo shrimp cooked with onions, peppers, and spicy masala
Added the ginger, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin, garam masala, coconut cream, and coconut milk to a pestle. Formed into masala paste. Coated the king shrimp with the masala paste. Fried the garlic until slightly brown. Added the shrimp to the pan and cooked them until fully pink. Served with rice, cilantro, and a slice of lime.
