Shrimp Malai Curry with Rice
Jumbo shrimp cooked with coconut milk, butter, and masala
Tossed the shrimps with turmeric and salt. Sauteed lightly until light pink. Threw in the onion, spices, and coconut milk. Cooked the shrimp in a mix of coconut milk and water along with fragrant spices like cinnamon, clove, and cardamom which enhances the flavor to a new height. Served with rice.
