Sizzling Lamb w/ Rice
Boneless lamb cooked with peppers, onion, and oyster sauce.
Convincingly astonishing taste! Slice the lamb paper-thin with short strips. Add the garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, and cornflour. Marinate. Cut the onion into curved slices by cutting from top to base. Separate the pieces. Heat oil and stir-fry onions. Remove. Stir-fry meat until just cooked. Return onions to wok. Serve with rice.
