Sizzling Prawn w/ Rice
This no-frills, casual Chinese food spot is famous for its prawn, served plain. Blend cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir in broth and dressing. Heat remaining dressing in a large skillet. Add shrimp, ginger, and garlic; stir-fry until shrimp turns pink. Add bok choy, peas, and onions; stir-fry until crisp-tender. Stir in soy sauce mixture; bring to boil and then simmer until thickened. Add tomatoes; cook and stir until heated through. It goes great with rice.
