Tandoori Salmon Tikka w/ Naan
Salmon marinated in fresh ginger.
Inspired from the South Asian regions, this one cuts the deal for you. Slit the salmon into pieces. Mix ginger, garlic, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric, lemon juice, salt, and oil. Add salmon and evenly apply the spice paste on both sides. Broil until salmon starts to brown on the top. Place naan bread topping each one with a good dollop of cucumber yogurt and salmon. Scatter the cucumber, chili, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
