Vegetable Fried Rice (Family)
Vegetables, carrot, green peas, onion, rice, and soy sauce.
Another delightful platter for halal food lovers. Add oil to a hot skillet. Beat egg with water and salt. Stir it to large soft curds and remove it on a plate. Put the skillet back to high heat with oil, the carrots, and whites of the green onions. Cook until lightly golden. Add garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant. Add rice, carrot, peas, and cooked eggs. Pour in soy sauce and cook. Season with salt.
