Beef made with onion paste,garam masala, and hot spices
An unforgettable Bronx temple to beef it up. Seasoned meat with salt and pepper put at medium-high heat and flipped once. Added onion and then cooked until soft. Added garlic, ginger, and spices and cook until the aroma spreads out and brought to a simmer. Lower heat to low and continue to simmer until fork tender. Served hot with naan or rice.
