Chicken Szechuan w/Rice
Boneless chicken stir fry made with vegetables and oyster sauce.
Some tasty chicken for a good price! Toss the chicken and cornstarch to coat. Heat oil at medium-high heat. Fry the chicken and garlic. Stir constantly until lightly browned. Put in the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and water. Cover until the chicken shows no pink inside. Stir in the green onion, and cayenne pepper, cook uncovered. Serve over white rice.
