A universal appetizer for the concerned people, the vegetarians in particular. Put the sliced potatoes into cold water. Sift the flour, garlic salt, onion salt, normal salt, and paprika into a large bowl. Stir slowly in enough water. Plunge the slices into the batter one by one and place them in the hot oil. If you throw a bunch of slices at a time, they clump together. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
