Flatbread with garlic and herbs baked in tandoor oven
An uncomplicated recipe for kitchen enthusiasts yet highly regarded among the health-aware folks for its nutritional value. Popped the flour and salt in a mixer with a dough hook attachment. Added the milk mix to the flour. Shaped the dough into balls. Opened the relaxed dough balls into the classic naan shape and popped onto a floured Roccbox peel and spritzed water on the top of the naan. As soon as the naan came out of the oven, brushed it liberally with the garlic butter and left it to rest for a few minutes.
