Lamb Fried Rice (Single)
Lamb slice, carrot, green peas, onion, rice, and soy sauce.
Rich food brings out the best of your mood. Stir-fry the lamb mince at high heat until browned. Drain off excess fat. Add the cooked rice and continue stir-frying. In the center of the rice/lamb mix, add the beaten egg. Allow to cook and then mix in with the rice/lamb mix. Add the soy sauce, carrot, sesame oil, and green peas. Cook until the peas are thoroughly done. There appears a bunch of lovely crispy bits! Serve with coriander, chopped spring onions, or sliced red chilies.
