Paneer Tikka Masala w/ Rice
Melt butter at medium heat. Then cook and stir paneer until golden. place onions, green bell pepper, jalapeno peppers, cashews, garlic paste, ginger paste, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, and garam masala. Cook and stir until fragrant. Put tomato sauce and salt into the paneer mixture. Simmer until thickened. It goes fine with steamed rice.
