Chicken, leg & thigh cooked with yogurt and onion paste served with Kalijira rice.
Bake the marinated chicken in an oven-proof dish. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, and dry. Now add roasted chicken and cook. Add mustard seeds, whole red chilies, curry leaves, chopped tomatoes, yogurt, desiccated coconut, soaked rice, fennel seeds, saffron, ginger garlic paste, onion paste, and water. Cook till water dries and rice is properly done. Simmer for a few minutes. Serve it garnished with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
