Meat-free delicacy for all things good. Whole wheat, rice, or beans cooked in large vats of water until softened. Combined grain puree and diced vegetables to blend the ingredients. Depressed plunger forms the ground mixture into patties. Placed in an oven for about an hour and a half at a fixed temperature.
